Can I get a UAE passport by investing?
No. The UAE has no citizenship-by-investment programme. The Golden Visa is long-term residence. Nationality is an exceptional discretionary grant with no application right and no set investment amount.
Will I lose the visa if I leave the country for a while?
No. Unlike ordinary residents, Golden Visa holders keep their status even after more than six months abroad, and there is no minimum-stay requirement. The government portal states this explicitly.
