What data we collect, why, who receives it, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
When you submit the wizard, a contact form or the newsletter, we collect what you enter: name, email, optional phone and message, and the answers you gave (goal, budget, nationality, family, timeline, jurisdictions of interest). We do not track you before consent beyond what is essential to run the site.
Why
We use this to answer your enquiry, to send the confirmation you asked for, and, if you subscribed, the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
Who receives it
Submissions are stored first in our own database (Supabase), which is the source of truth for your record. They are then sent to Brevo, our email provider, to deliver confirmations and any newsletter you opted into. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep lead records while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards to answer follow-ups, then delete or anonymise them. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to stop processing it. The newsletter uses double opt-in and every email carries an unsubscribe link. To exercise a right, use the address on our contact page.
Security
Form submissions are validated server-side and rate-limited. Sensitive keys never reach your browser. We do not log unnecessary personal data.
