St Kitts & Nevis

St Kitts & Nevis runs the world’s oldest citizenship-by-investment programme, since 1984, and the region’s fastest processing from a 250,000 USD contribution. From 20 July 2026 it also becomes the first Caribbean programme to require in-person biometric enrolment.

Frequently asked questions

Is St Kitts & Nevis still a fully remote programme?

Until now, yes. From 20 July 2026 biometric enrolment requires attending an official collection centre in person. Existing passport holders must comply by 31 July 2027 or the passport stops being valid for international travel.

Which route gives me a standalone house?

The private home option from 600,000 USD is the only Caribbean route to genuine standalone freehold ownership, held for seven years.

What does it really cost?

The official minimum is $250 000, through the cheapest of its 4 routes. Counting government, due-diligence and legal fees, a family of four should budget around $333 750. The advertised figure is never the figure you pay.

What we do for you

Citizenship or residence, the honest answer often is not the one you arrived with. We take the whole procedure with you — eligibility, the route that fits your situation, the file, the follow-up — with one person on your side throughout.

For St Kitts & Nevis specifically, you are talking to someone who already knows the file: who to speak to on the ground, what the unit actually asks for, and the points where applications stall.

  • One point of contact, from the first call to the certificate
  • Vetted partners on the ground — law firms, licensed agents, banks — introduced, not listed
  • It starts with a short qualifying call, and no, it is not a sales call
