Is St Kitts & Nevis still a fully remote programme?
Until now, yes. From 20 July 2026 biometric enrolment requires attending an official collection centre in person. Existing passport holders must comply by 31 July 2027 or the passport stops being valid for international travel.
Which route gives me a standalone house?
The private home option from 600,000 USD is the only Caribbean route to genuine standalone freehold ownership, held for seven years.
